  This is the worst shipping experience I've ever been a party to. Unfortunately this company was used by Amazon for a 300 lb order of mine. As of now my order is 3 days late, I've yet to receive a call back from the manager, shipping coordinator or driver.
  
  The first day they missed delivery they only said they knew it arrived in Manassas but didn't "make it onto the truck" everyone that has said they would call back and update me has failed to do so.
  
  I'm know this is a rant, but I seriously cannot express the lack of organizational, customer service, and basic shipping ability of this company.
  
  I will go to whatever lengths I can to avoid ever using this company again, and I advise you do the same.
